This Privacy Policy explains how Kopi Rush (“the app”) handles information. Kopi Rush is developed by TEH ROCKET LAB PTE. LTD. (“TehRocketLab”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Singapore.

The short version

Kopi Rush does not collect any personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and the app does not send any information to us or to anyone else.

What is stored, and where

To remember your game, the app saves a small amount of information only on your device:

This information never leaves your device, is not linked to your identity, and is not accessible to us. Deleting the app deletes it. You can also clear it at any time in the app under Settings → Reset progress.

Information we do not collect

• No name, email address, phone number or other contact details
• No location data
• No device identifiers or advertising identifiers
• No usage analytics or crash reports
• No access to your photos, contacts, camera or microphone

Third parties

The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking software, and we do not share or sell any information. Apple may collect information under its own privacy policy when you download apps from the App Store or use TestFlight; that is outside our control.

Children

Kopi Rush is a general-audience game rated 4+. Because the app collects no personal data from anyone, it does not collect personal data from children, consistent with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws.

Your rights (PDPA, GDPR and similar laws)

Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws, you have rights to access, correct and delete personal data held about you. Because we do not hold any personal data about you, there is nothing for us to provide or delete; the data the app keeps is on your device and under your control. Changes to this policy

If a future version of Kopi Rush adds features that use personal data (for example, advertising), we will update this policy and the App Store privacy information before that version is released, and change the “Last updated” date above.
